The Board of Directors of Big I Louisiana (Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana) represents independent insurance agents and member agencies from across the state. The Board provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the association fulfills its mission to advocate, educate, and empower independent agents.
Directors are elected from member agencies statewide and serve two-year terms, with the opportunity to serve up to four consecutive terms. Officers serve one-year terms, and the State National Director serves a three-year term in coordination with the national Big “I.” Together, the Board’s volunteer leaders bring deep industry experience and a shared commitment to strengthening Louisiana’s independent agency community.
