The professional staff of Big I Louisiana (Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana) manages the association’s day-to-day operations and member programs. Guided by the Board of Directors, the staff team carries out IIAL’s mission through advocacy, education, communications, and member services that strengthen independent insurance agencies across the state.
