Ben Albright

President & Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Big I Louisiana, Ben Albright leads the association’s mission to advocate for, educate, and empower independent insurance agents across the state. He works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and industry partners to strengthen the independent agency system and ensure that agents have the tools, representation, and support they need to succeed.

Ben brings a strong background in government relations, strategic leadership, and organizational development to his role. Since joining the association, he has been instrumental in advancing legislative advocacy, expanding member engagement, and modernizing programs that serve the needs of Louisiana’s independent agents and brokers.

A Louisiana native, Ben is passionate about public policy, leadership development, and the future of the insurance industry. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Emily, and their two dogs, Maggie and Daisy. Together, they love traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on LSU athletics.
