Director of Accounting & Finance

As Director of Accounting & Finance for Big I Louisiana, Karen Kuylen oversees the association’s financial management, accounting functions, and operational processes. She plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the daily operations that keep the organization running smoothly.

Karen brings extensive experience in accounting, payroll, and financial administration to her role. Known for her accuracy, dependability, and strong organizational skills, she supports both the association’s leadership team and members with professionalism and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, their two children, and their growing family of grandchildren. She loves cooking, traveling, and cheering on LSU sports.
