Kathleen O’Regan

Director of Communications & Events

As Director of Communications & Events of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Louisiana, Kathleen O’Regan oversees the association’s communications and member engagement initiatives. Since joining IIABL, Kathleen has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s strategic direction, modernizing member services, and enhancing the overall member experience.

Kathleen brings more than a decade of experience in association management, marketing, and operations. Known for her creativity, organization, and collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about helping independent agents succeed and ensuring IIABL remains a trusted resource for Louisiana’s insurance community.

Outside the office, Kathleen and her husband Michael stay busy with their two daughters, Evelyn and Josephine. She enjoys running, arts and crafts, and reading. The O’Regan family is active in their church and loyal supporters of LSU sports.
