As E&O Administrator for Big I Louisiana, Lyra Rutledge manages the association’s Errors & Omissions insurance program, helping member agencies protect their businesses with comprehensive, competitive coverage. She works closely with agents and carriers to provide quotes, manage renewals, and assist members in finding the right E&O solutions for their needs.

Lyra brings extensive experience in customer service, administrative coordination, and member relations to her role. Known for her responsiveness, accuracy, and commitment to supporting members, she ensures that independent agents receive timely, dependable service and the highest level of support.

Outside of work, Lyra enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
