​IIABL has partnered with e2Value, Inc. to provide its members with a discount on the e2Value valuation tools.  These tools include residential, commercial and farm & ranch estimators.

​​e2Value offers a $200 annual discount to IIABL members

​The discounted annual license fee is $550 for the first line of business, either residential, commercial or farm. (Regular price is $750) If you are interested in valuation tools for multiple lines, the fee is $550 for the first one, $300 for the second line and $200 for the third line. The total for access to the valuation tools for all three lines of business is $1,050.

​Your account would include two user IDs and access to the following

  • Residential: Pronto Residential with one data source and ProntoLite Residential. Mainstreet Residential including the Manufactured-Mobile and Kit Home option. A&A for additions and alterations for condo and co-ops.
  • Commercial: Pronto Commercial with one data source, ProntoLite Commercial and Quick Commercial Estimator (QCE)
  • Farm: Farm and Ranch Estimator​

​Farm & Ranch Estimator

​Our easy-to-use EVS program can produce an accurate valuation for any type and any size residential property, from older, smaller homes to newer, high-value homes and everything in between. In addition, our software can calculate replacement cost and actual cash value for manufactured, kit and log homes, and condos and co-ops. Pronto in many cases requires only the entry of an address to provide a complete valuation report.  it includes data scoring, images, measurement tools, and a structure valuation.
​e2Value offers an easy-to-use estimator that can accurately calculate replacement costs and actual cash value for virtually any commercial structure, from smaller retail shops to larger, more complex facilities such as hospitals, warehouses, schools, and manufacturing centers. e2Value's Pronto solution is also available for commercial properties.  This online replacement cost estimator in many cases requires only the entry of an address to provide a complete valuation report.
​e2Value offers the only web-based estimator that is solely dedicated to farm and ranch structures. Multiple structures can be included in a single valuation, and our data covers virtually all types of agricultural equipment and structures. Include a complete interior build-out value or just the shell.
